The Fund has exposure to over 400 quality assets across both traditional and non-traditional sectors, with a broad geographic spread. It has 12 directly held properties, and exposure to over 400 other property assets through investments in unlisted funds and a 42% interest in the listed Orchard Industrial Property Fund (ASX: OIF). The Fund focuses on investment in conventional commercial property, including office, industrial, and retail properties, as well as special purpose commercial property such as childcare facilities, hospitals, medical centres and agricultural infrastructure.

Investment objective

To provide regular partly tax-deferred income with moderate capital growth over the long-term.
