  • 600 St Kilda Road - 15 level 'A' grade office building.

Sydney

  • 35 Clarence Street  - A Grade well located property.
  • 235 Pyrmont Street - eight level office building in Sydney's Darling Harbour precinct.
  • 233 Castlereagh Street - recently refurbished building**.
  • 85 Harrington Street - 8,062m2 office building located in the heart of The Rocks precinct.
  • 280 George Street - refurbished 15 storey CBD tower*.    

Auckland, NZ

  • 414-422 Khyber Pass Road - six level 'A' grade office property in commercial area of Newmarket.
  • Eden Business Park - five buildings with net lettable area of  22,000m2*.

 * Orchard Commercial Office Fund has 50% legal ownership and 100% economic interest in this asset. The Orchard Diversified   Property Fund holds the remaining 50% legal ownership.
