The Fund’s portfolio has exposure to 10 quality office properties situated in strong commercial centres in Australia and New Zealand. The Fund’s current value is approximately $463.5 million as at 31 March 2010.
Investment objective
To provide tax-advantaged income combined with capital growth to investors over the medium to long term.
Due to the Fund’s current gearing levels, surplus earnings are being used to retire debt and therefore distributions are currently on hold. Distributions may recommence when the loan to value ratio is reduced below 65%.
