The Fund provides exposure to 216 purpose-built, fully-tenanted properties. The Fund has a broad geographic exposure across Australia (193 centres) and New Zealand (23 centres), with the portfolio of properties generally leased on long term arrangements directly to, or guaranteed by, reputable childcare operators.

Investment objective

To provide regular partly tax-deferred income with moderate capital growth over the long term by investing in a portfolio of quality childcare property assets.
