Orchard Capital Investments Limited, as the responsible entity of the Orchard Diversified Property Fund (DPF) is pleased to announce that it has settled on the sale of DPF’s units in the Metro Maddington Trust which holds an interest in the Centro Maddington Shopping Centre located in Perth, WA to Centro MCS26.
