As announced in September, Orchard Capital Investment Limited, as the responsible entity of the Orchard Diversified Property Fund, exchanged contracts to sell St Leonards Corporate Centre in Sydney. Orchard is now pleased to confirm that the St Leonards Corporate Centre property settled on 2 December 2011.
