Orchard Funds Limited (Orchard) announced today that Taemas Group (Taemas) has been granted exclusive dealing status on the proposed sale / recapitalisation of Orchard and its managed funds.

Orchard Chairman Charles Macek said “The decision to grant Taemas exclusivity is reflective of the Board’s commitment to recapitalise and stabilise the Orchard Diversified Property Fund and the support of the Independent Advisers Council for the Taemas proposal.”
