Orchard has sold 233 Castlereagh Street and 35 Clarence Street Sydney, for $102.5 million and $99.25 million respectively. The properties are held in special purpose vehicles of which the Commercial Office Fund has 100% economic interest. Orchard will now work with Suncorp-Metway Limited to align the repayment date for the upcoming $90 million repayment requirement with the settlement dates for these properties.
