Orchard distribution guidance

In October 2008, we advised you of our decision to change the frequency of our funds' 2008/2009 quarterly distributions to an annual payment in July 2009, subject to the funds' financial condition at that time.
The net distributable income across each fund has been accumulated over this time, however, in some cases, it has been used in part or in whole to meet pressing debt amortisation, capital expenditure, or bank fees charged in connection with the renegotiation of debt facilities.
We have prepared a distribution guidance on each fund - detailed fund and distribution information will be released in the winter edition of Outlook due out in early July.

Unfortunately, whilst we wanted to provide you with the full information earlier, we have been unable to do so until all of the sensitivity analysis around June 2009 valuations and the impact on fund loan to value ratios (LVRs) has been finalised.
