2. How often are distributions paid?
Distributions are paid quarterly, usually around 30 days after the end of a financial quarter.

3. How do I change my details?
You can download a change of details form from the Investor Forms page. Please ensure that you print it out, and send the original signed form to us at :

4. How do I transfer my units to another entity?
Most products only require a standard transfer form to be completed, together with a new investor details form which can be found on the Investor Forms page. Please call Investor Services on 1800 008 494 to find out what is required for your particular investment.

5. What is required to transfer units from a deceased estate?
If the holding is in a sole name and the transfer is under a valid will of the deceased, we require a certified copy of Grant of Probate, a transfer or transmission form signed by the Executors, and a Section 1071B form if probate is not taken out in Victoria.
If the transfer is under intestacy, we require letters of administration and written evidence of the appointment of administrator(s), and the transfer form. If units are held in joint names, a certified copy of the Death Certificate is required.
