Bryce Mitchelson
Joint Managing Director and Executive Director
Bryce is Joint Managing Director of Orchard Capital Investments Limited and joined Orchard in May 2009. Bryce has more than 20 years experience in listed and unlisted property funds management as well as property investment, development, valuation and real estate agency.
Prior to joining Orchard, Bryce worked in various funds management roles including at Centro Properties Group and Heine Management Limited. He currently sits on the Victorian Professional Board of the Australian Property Institute.
Bryce holds a Bachelor of Economics (Accounting major), Bachelor of Business (Property) and Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment as well as other property valuation and agency qualifications.
James Goodwin
Joint Managing Director and Executive Director
James is Joint Managing Director of Orchard Capital Investments Limited and was appointed to the role on 30 December 2011, following the sale of OFL’s funds management business to Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing.
James has extensive experience in property funds management having previously spent five years at Becton Property Group and prior to that, four years at Centro. He has particular experience in corporate finance including debt and equity raising, treasury and financial risk management, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate strategy.
Lindsay Crook
Treasury Manager
Lindsay is responsible for Debt Management and Treasury. His responsibilities include debt finance, interest rate and foreign exchange risk management, and managing bank relationships.
Prior to joining Orchard, Lindsay was Manager – Financial Markets at Coles Group and has extensive experience in Australian and International financial markets. Lindsay has a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment.
Brad Dichiera
Fund Manager
Brad has over 12 years’ experience in the property industry and is Fund Manager of Orchard’s Chevron Renaissance Property Trust and Commercial Office Fund.
Prior to joining Orchard, Brad worked with Lend Lease for six years in various roles including Asset Analyst, where he worked primarily on major retail developments and acquisitions. Brad has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne.
Craig Archer
National Manager- Investor and Adviser Relations
Craig is responsible for the areas of Investor and Adviser Services, Distribution and Product services. Craig has responsibility for Orchards’s Investor and Adviser Services Team and is the key contact for advisers, dealer groups and researchers throughout Australia.
Craig has over 13 years experience in the financial services industry, covering a wide spectrum of investments including, traditional asset classes as well as commercial property, infrastructure, agribusiness and private equity.Prior to joining Orchard, Craig held a variety of senior positions within Macquarie Bank.
David Wallingford
Group Financial Controller
David is responsible for the Finance and Information Technology (IT) areas. He has held a variety of senior finance positions with the Shell group including Australian Finance Director of one of Shell’s major joint ventures and IT Director of the Asia and South America region, based in Hong Kong.
David is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Secretary and a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia.
Peter Hulbert
General Counsel
Peter is Orchard’s General Counsel. Peter joined Orchard in 2006 from Blake Dawson, where he worked for 4 years. Peter is admitted to legal practice in Victoria and specialises in corporate and commercial law as well as financial services law. Peter holds a Bachelor of Business (Management) and a Bachelor of Laws from Monash University.
