David Hinde

Chief Executive Officer

David is the Chief Executive Officer of the Orchard Group. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Orchard Group’s strategic development, fund raising and core operations. David has 17 years experience in funds management. Prior to joining Orchard, David was Managing Director of Becton Property Group’s funds management division. Previously he held management positions at MCS Property (now CentroMCS) and Lend Lease. David has a Bachelor of Business (Property), Graduate Diplomas of Business (Accounting) and Applied Finance and Investment. David is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.

Darren Brusnahan

Head of Asset Management

In his role, Darren oversees Orchard's asset management and property transactions, capital raisings, investor relations, research and project management activities. Formerly Head of Investment Services for Becton Investment Management Limited and Becton Property Group, Darren was an integral part of the IPO of the Becton Property Group.  He has a wealth of experience in financial services, including roles in Commonwealth Investment Services Limited and Corporate Superannuation for Colonial.

Bryce Mitchelson

Head of Funds Management

Bryce is responsible for the overall management and development of Orchard’s property funds management team to ensure the respective fund strategies are in the best interest of investors. Bryce has more than 20 years experience in listed and unlisted property funds management as well as property investment, development and valuation. Prior to joining Orchard, Bryce worked at Centro Property Group in various roles including Senior Funds Manager and at Heine Management Limited managing their listed and unlisted property funds. Bryce holds a Bachelor of Economics, Bachelor of Business (Property) and Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment. He currently sits on the Board of the Victorian Professional Board and Australian Property Institute.

Bernadette Spiteri

Head of Investment Services

Bernadette is the Head of Investment Services, responsible for overseeing the Distribution, Product, Investor and Adviser Services, and Marketing departments of Orchard. Bernadette has considerable experience gained over 20 years in the financial services sector. Most recently the Head of Retail Business for Portfolio Partners, Bernadette has also held senior roles with Centro MCS and BT Funds Management, where she was an Executive Vice President and head of the company’s Melbourne operations.
